I have Outlook XP installed. I can can recieve email but when I try to send email I get this message:

Task 'NB Net - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I called up my ISP and they told me to try it with Outlook Express. I did and I can send just fine but I don't want to use Outlook Epress. I use Outlook XP. Can anyone help me out?
