Outlook XP problem

    Hi all,

    Our users use Outlook XP and we run Eudora Server as our mail server software.

    One of our users is receiving 2 copies of every email sent to her. Does anyone know what could cause this? She has no email filters/rules set up, and Outlook is not configured to 'leave mail on server'.
