Outlook XP Not Printing Graphics

    This one's driving us nuts!

    We've set-up some stationery in Outlook XP on all of our computers.

    If any of our users try to print an e-mail with the stationery on, just the text portion of the stationery prints - the graphics file (our company logo) doesnt print - we just get a box with a cross in the top left corner.

    Are there any settings for printing certain things in Outlook?

    Not sure about Outlook, but my printer has a setting that will allow graphics to be skipped when printing. Might want to check yours for a similar feature.
