Outlook XP don't send/receive automatically when outlook is loaded

    Yesterday format my computer, and now Outlook XP don't made the send/receive automatically when outlook is loaded, I then press the F5 or sned/receive manually for check my mail, how repair this detail??
    In the past Outlook XP works fine in send/receive automatically when outlook startup.
