Outlook: visual email notification no longer working

    On my wife's computer at work they run XP pro. Before she went on vacation when an email arrived she would get a small envelope in the lower right hand corner to notify her of a new email. Now she still gets her emails but no notification of when they come in. Any ideas. I run Win 98SE so am not fimilar with XP settings.
