outlook view HTML email

    Hi,

    I use outlook 2000 on W2K. It can view most HTML email, but sometimes it views the email just like HTML source. If I copy these email content and save to a separate file with ".html" extension, then open it with IE, it can view the content well. Is there a way to view these email in outlook correctly?

    Some servers will not send or receive HTML format so this will happen if someone tries to send an HTML formated email from one of these servers. I don't think you can do anything about this if you are receiving other HTML formated emails okay.

    IE can handle errors in the HTML code much better than Outlook. This is what I believe is the cause of the problem, just bad coding.
