outlook ver. 2013 versus embargmail

    I know this was asked several years ago, i am new here need an answer specific to my situation, trying to communicate with my brother need to know if my brother blocked me or is it something else
    also do not know how to make headers visible in outlook, these headers are from my juno account.

    2. Select “File” > “Properties“.
    3. The Properties window is displayed. View the message header in the “Internet headers” field at the bottom of the window.
