Outlook - trying to copy info from old pc to new Pc.

    I have been using Outlook 2000 on a old Pc. I'm moving to a new Pc running Windows XP Pro with with the newer version of Office, Office XP.

    I want to move my outlook calendar and contact info off the old pc onto the new pc.
    I'm having trouble finding what files to move over.
    any thoughts.
