Outlook Small Business 2003 - Missing DLL (trAthW.dll)?

When I open Outlook I get the following error message, "The appliation has failed to start because trAthW.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. "

I have tried removing and re-installing Outlook, no luck. I have tried to locate information on the missing DLL using Google and Technet, no luck. I have tried the Detect and Repair option, no luck.

Has anyone come across this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Steve. I appreciate your help. Still trying but I can't seem to solve this one. Tried un-installing the entire office suite. Re-installed and the issue is still there. Beating my head against the wall right now. Tried other help sites and it seems no one has any knowledge about this particular .dll.

Thanks anyway. When I figure this out I will post the solution.
