Does anyone know if adding Identities in Outlook 2003 is possible? I searched the Internet as well as the the MS Office official website, but could not find related topic.

*adding Identities is possible in Outlook Express.

    Thanks,

You mean like another e-mail account? Tools/Accounts and set it up with the new name like the one that is in there already. Same POP and SMTP and the rest of the stuff. Don't know what you use for Internet Service as some you have to call and give them a user name and password and they add it to their data base and some can be done right on line...

Thanks MrBill, but it's not about "creating another email account ". It's abot "creating another Identity" that I'm having problem with.

I understand that by creating another email account, I will be able to send email from different accounts of mine, but the emails sending back to me will all be stored in the "In Box ".

The "Creating another Identity" feature is available in Outlook Express by going to Files -> Switch Identities (if I remember it correctly). This feature gives you an advantage managing your different email accounts under different "identities ", thus receiving emails under your different email accounts in different "In Box'es ". In this way you will never send an email to a person using wrong identity (email account), and you will never have emails for different identities (emails accounts) all mixed together in the same In Box.

However, I still cannot find this feature in Outlook 2003... :( but thanks for your reply!

Thanks to Steve R Jones and MrBill, it works!

In Outlook 2003 it's actually called "Profile" and not "Identity ", and the creation of a new Profile for Outlook is done through Control Panel -> Mail., which are different from OE.

Thanks so much for the help! Now I have successfully created a new "Profile" for my Outlook 2003 :)
