outlook OLE error

I'm running outlook as part of Office 2000 Small Business on a Windows 98 s.e. system. I tried running Mozilla for a day, and since then my installation of Outlook will not run. When I open it, it comes up normally, and then I get " An OLE registration error occured.The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program." I have run office install repair and reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled office disc 1, and still I get the same thing. It seems that I messed something up in the registry, but I don't know enough about it to go poking around in there. I'm stumped.

I had forgotten about updating explorer as part of the process. apparently it was not a good install.I reinstalled it per your advice, and problem solved. thank you much. I doubt I would have thought to do that again.
