I have an account with Orange and Outlook will only download the emails with the full correct email address. Can I set Outlook up to download all emails with "@smith.orange.co.uk" so i don't have to spend hours clearing out the spam that is sent to this domain but stays on oranges server?

I don't think you can as that is not a legit address for what you are trying to do in any program. You may be able to set up an address like that with them. At one time years ago, I believe you could do *.* where you have the first @ but that turned out to be a total disaster. A suggestion would be to get another e-mail Addy from them and then send that to just the people who you want to receive e-mail from. Have you talked to them and told them about all the spam you get. They have ways of tweaking their spam filter to stop a lot of it that isn't being stopped now. Sometimes they may not even know how much is getting by the filter or it could be corrupt. Seen this happen more then once.

I have just created another email address with a better web front end. I was just a bit concerned I will get into the same situation but it looks easier to manage and quickly delete. The previous accounts I setup I could put in all_addresses@ and it downloaded everything but that also seems to have gone.

    Ta,
