I note that there was an update to Office last night that presented itself onscreen this morning when i opened the desktop programs.

All of a sudden, without any alterations by me to either my phone or desktop, the mail folders on my phone using the Outlook app are not showing ANY content on the mobile IMAP account nor in the folders when i log into Webmail.

The message onscreen on my iPhone is "you've reached inbox zero "

When I open Outlook on the phone, I get a flash of messages and then, nothing... the folders are empty

When I open the POP3 account on my desktop, the mail is there. NB - this is AFTER I have open Outlook on my phone.

What is Inbox Zero? I have not found a solution to disabling this.

    Thanks

Zero inbox sounds like there is Zero amount of mail.

Look in the POP3 account settings and make certain the Leave Mail On Server option is enabled.
