Are you going through Exchange Server or just getting your mail from your ISP?

I get email from my ISP, not from Exchange Server.

I've used it for years. It's never been any kind of a problem for me and resource usage is minimal.

Otherwise, I suppose you could make message rules that would do it but I don't really know how to go about it in Outlook as I don't use it. I suppose it would be similar to OE but I'll pass on it and let somebody help who knows for sure.

I prefer MMM to rules. I like to have a look at what's there just to make sure.

    kenton,

Mailwasher will allow you to delete messages from the server before they get downloaded to your email client.
