In Microsoft Outlook is there a setting that if a send a message to multiple address that it will not show the address to everyone that get that e-mail? Instead of the addresses being visable to others it would say "undisclosed recipients" or something like that. Or maybe a program that can do this?

That would be BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
Click the "TO:" button like your going to pull from your address book and you will see "TO: ", "CC: ", and "BCC: "

From the View menu you may need to turn on the Bcc field functionality so it appears.
