OUTLOOK gltch

I'm the newest member, so please bare with me as I learn how to use the BBS site.

I'm in my late 70's, a retired Navy reserve Captain and retired senior Bell system manager (both 30 years served simultaneously).

Also just learning Windows 7 & using OUTLOOK

Recent problem: noticed that some emails were not being received. Tried test by sendingn myself an email from OUTLOOK, which appeared only in my ATT web site.

Anyone know cause and fix, please.

 

What version of Outlook do you have?
Where do you get your email from, gmail, yahoo, etc?
The emails that are not being received, are they from the same person, what?????
Have you looked in the Spam folder or Junk mail folder?
by any chance are the senders being blocked by you email provider?
