I am having trouble printing my email. It just started happening last week. When it prints it cuts off the left side of the email. I can print in other areas fine. Any suggestions would be helpful.
    Thanks :)

    Hi colacat!

Have you tried removing and reinstalling your printer. Sometimes the drivers get corrupted and need reloading.

Go to START > SETTINGS > PRINTERS and highlight your printer icon and right click it. Select DELETE and confirm the act. Then click on the ADD PRINTER and follow the directions for installing your printer. If it isn't listed you will need the install disk for it. If you don't have the disk be sure to check before deleting your present printer to see if it's listed. You can install one without deleting the existing one even, just for safety's sake then delete the old one if the new one works.

The other possibility is, you will need to uninstall OE and reinstall it. That all takes place in Control Panel. During the uninstall process you will be given a menu that provides for repairing the existing copy. Try that first. If no joy then do a full uninstall and reinstall it from a new download or disk.

Last but not best, you may have a hardware failure and will need a new printer or some hands on tech support. Try a new cartridge before hauling it to the shop though.

    Good luck.

In the Internet Explorer window click File|Page Setup. In the Page Setup window at bottom right set the left margin (or all margins) to as close to Zero as it will permit. Click Apply|OK. Try printing again.
