outlook express time is wrong

When I receive mail in outlook express the time received is wrong. If an e-mail was sent at 3:00 p.m. it will show received at 12:00 p.m. Is there any way to change this so the actual time will appear? Thank you.

 

I believe that time is not set by OE, but your email server. You may want to check with them first before fooling with your computer..

 

I downloaded something to keep my clock regulated, but I forgot what it was, and I also forgot to go back and check it.
