    Hello,

I use Outlook Express and recently, started my second site. Because of my second site, I created a second email address so I don't get emails confused between the 2 sites

Problem is, when I get an email from either account, it goes to the same inbox. I was wondering if there was an option where I could switch between accounts, where they each might have their own inbox. If not that, could I direct one address to a inbox I create?

Bascially what I need is that one email address goes to one box and the other goes to another box to keep them seperate

    Any help is appreciated, thanks!!!

Super Mallow--As far as mixing and thereby confusing incoming mail from the two different addresses, you should be able to tell which account is getting the mail by looking at the To: line when you read the email.
But you can also set up two different Identities--one for each address.
OE File|Identities|Create Identities and follow the instructions. Once the two Identities have been created you will have to chose which Identity to use to view its email. OE File|Switch Identity. It is simple but it does take the extra step since you have separated the accounts.
If my instructions for setting up identities is too skimpy read here
http://www.aerosurf.net/mailconfig-oe-id.htm (At some point you will be asked if you want to set up a new email account or use an exisiting one. You will choose the latter, since I understand you already have the two accounts.)

You may use "Message Rules" to give you the result you want, as I understand your question.

From the MESSAGE on the top menu, you can select to have a second email address appear in a separate folder from the first one.

Right click on Inbox and select to make a new folder. Name it and then go to MESSAGE at the top menu and check just what you want the email to do. If you haven't done this prior it might seem a little confusing but read each column carefully and success is yours.

Make a new folder by clicking on Inbox then right click on Local Folders choose New Folder then click on Local Folders again and then type in a name in the box and click OK. Then click on Tools/Message Rules/Mail/New and in the #1 put a check in Where the To line contains People. #2 put a check in Move it to the specified folder.
#3 click on Contains people and type in the e-mail address you want to separate from the others. Click OK. Then in #3 again click on Specified then find the folder and click on it. Then in #4 name the rule so that you know what it is. Click OK, OK. Then send an e-mail to that account and then receive it and see where it goes. You could also make a rule that messages to that particular account be a different color instead.
