I'm running Outlook Express 6 on Windows 98 SE machine.

Does ANYONE have any problems with the subject line displaying NOTHING in the COLUMNS box, on received mail?

Now, this does not happen on all maill that I receive. Sometimes, the subject line is there, sometimes it's not. And remember, I'm talking about the "Subject" column in the columns box area of Outlook Express.

If I left click on the header line (for a particular email that's sitting in the columns box for my Inbox), so that the text of the email is displayed (sot that I can read it), I see the subject line in the blue highlighted bar directly above the text.

I hope I've explained this clearly. The problem is in the COLUMNS box for the subject line.

This is so frustrating in the fact that when, say, I select my Inbox, on a lot of emails I only see the Sender.

Please, please, please...any suggestions are welcomed.

Rename mlang.dll (you might have to do this in DOS if the file is in use) and use SFC to extract a new copy from your Win98 CD to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.
