Outlook Express slow to load

    Hi
    All of a sudden outlook express is taking about 40 secs to load up it appears to be working normaly after it loads and reloads straight away if i use it again before rebooting but if i reboot it takes another 40 secs to load again.
    The version i am using is 4,72.21150 with win95

    hope someone can help

    Try going to FILE > FOLDER and select Compact All Folders and see if it helps.

    You may also want to prune out some of your older messages or else export them to a backup before deleting them, if you think you'll want them sometime.

    I have found the answer

    I've found the answer Norton AV 4.0 had after the last update reset the scan to ALL FILES instead of program files only
    reset the option and all is well.
