Outlook Express receives but won't send e-mail.

    installed OLE v6.
    it receives e-mail but won't send. this is the error message i get:

    The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Server: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

    any help will be appreciated very much.
    Also had AT&T tech online, still not resolved.

    Make sure you are using the correct settings in the SMTP settings. Also you have to use the SMTP server settings of the ISP you are connected to at the time you want to send. What I mean is you can't use ISP#1 SMTP when you are connected to ISP#2.
