I have an XP with Outlook Express 6. I am having problems recieving e-mail where some people tell me that they are sending e-mail to me but they tell me that they recieve an error e-mail saying my inbox is full and/or undeliverable. However this thing does not always happen and often recieve mail. (The e-mail is hosted by OnVol for any Maltese) To be honest I thought of blaming the ISP but the ones that have outlook 2003 did not have this problem, well or no one ever told us about it. What can it be if not the ISP?

    Thanks and Regards

Might look in Tools->Accounts->properties of the account...Find the setting about leaving the mail on the server and UNcheck it. Then click the Send/Receive button....That will remove any and all mail that is sitting on the ISP's server. Then place the check mark back....

Note that if you also have this account setup on another pc, you might not receive some of the mail on the second pc.

Sounds right to me. And if he has the option set to delete mail that has been on the server for 'x' days then that would account for why it works sometimes.

OnVol is teribble when it comes to email. I have no idea what limits they have, but probaly only very small.

Oh, now I think of it: OnVol is a terrible ISP - period. :D
