I have installed Windows 2000 as second OS on the D: a new 120 GB drive. Oulook express refuses to load and the IE download complains about a file error coping form c: to D: and displays a message about a ????.DLL file could not be loaded. Outlook complains about registery problems. What gives? How do I get the Outlook express to work on the Win2000 D: drive and what about Outlook?

    Some things to investigate:
Could the download file be corrupt?
Can you get it on to the D: drive before running it?
Is the new HD set up properly? Maybe trouble transferring data.
