    Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me with it.
There is only one user in the company has problem to receive her incoming mail, but there is no problem to send outgoing mail. I have tried to delete her account and re-create again, but it didn't work. I also added my account to her Outlook Express, and it works without any problem. Please if anyone can tell me where the problem is, I really appreicate it.

What happens when you try to receive mail?
Do you get an error message of some sort?

    Hi Steve,

Thank you for providing me the information link.
I was told by user this morning, and she has no problem with receiving anymore. Actually, I didn't do anything with her pc or email account.... I'm just wondering is there any place or logs which can help me to figure out what happened during this period in the system.....:D

There might be something in event viewer. But it won't tell much more then the actual error message you posted.
