    Hi
I'm new to the forum and I'm hoping someone may know why this happens. I am having trouble when I type an email offline and I hit the send button which should put the email in the outbox which it does but it also makes my dial up connection box pop up. If I cancel the dial up connection box because I'm not ready to go online. Outlook express freezes and I have to close it out and reopen it to type more emails to be sent later. Any idea why this could happen. I know I could turn the send emails out immediately which would solve the problem I'm sure but I would like to have my emails go out when I get online. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi and welcome to the board!

In OE click on tools>options and then on the send tab. Uncheck the line that says send messages immediately. Hope this helps.

    Hi Zander
Thanks for the welcome and the help. It looks like that solved the problem. I unchecked the box and so far no freezing of OE.:D
