Using Outlook Express, at times I have a problem forwarding attachments I received with an email. When I send it the attachments are not included, the text is there but where the attached photos should be there is a small box with a red X in it. Why does this happen only occasionally and how do I correct it?

tedhopkins--What version of OE are you using?
In OE6, click Tools|Options|Send tab. Under "Mail Sending format" is the Radio button for HTML (rather than Plain Text) chosen? And on the same Send tab click "HTML Settings ". Is the box "Send Pictures with Messages" checked? If not check it|OK.
Or it may have to do with the attachment and not anything that you are doing wrong. Perhaps Save the attachment and reattach it when you forward the email.
