After reinstalling windows 98, I now get the error message:

    C:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe is not a valid win32 application

    How would I fix this?

    Thanks in advance, zigger.

I tried what you suggested and now I get a new error message:

Unable to start program. One of the required components may be busy or missing. Please check your installation and try again.

    Any more ideas?

    Oh **** :(

Use SFC to extract a copy of inetcomm.dll from your Windows CD and dump it into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.

    Fingers crossed!

EDIT: If this doesn't work, post back with details of which version of OE you are running.
