Outlook Express Emails Missing Pictures

    Hi..using outlook express...some emails I get are displaying the "x" where a pic should be. Earthlink support says I should contact the sender. Since this is happening with many emails, I wonder if there is some setting I can tweak to see pictures instead of xs. Thanks for any info....MIchelle

    In OE - Tools > Options > Security under Downloaded images - 'Block images and other external content ....' should be unchecked.

    No Downloaded Images found

    Searched tools, security, options...no such thing shown as download images...what do I do now....thanks...
