Outlook Express does not show pictures in web pages after downloading Service Pack 2

    After downloading and installing Service Pack 2, Outlook Express does not show pictures and graphics in daily emails (weather.com, eBay, etc.). Help.

    Go to OE, Tools, Options, Security Tab and check if "Blocked images" is ticked. If it is you should get a message that the images have been blocked.

    If you don't have the item on the Security Tab, I suspect you need to download an OE cumulative update that was issued after SP2 was put together.
