OUTLOOK eXPRESS CHANGE

I am a comple novice with the computer. Outlook express has changed completely. I have to go into "tools" to answer E mail, and then have to go into file to send. In order to delete I have to go the the "delete" on my board. Sorry about the lack of wording as I am not a very sophisticated user. I am frustrated as to why this has happened. When I checked my Mcafee it said my E mail was disabled, and system scan, disabled. Does this mean I have a virus?

 

Is the problem that you havelost your Send and Receive buttons? If so, open Outlook Express and right-click anywhere on the bar at the top (which lists File, Edit, etc) and then click on "Toolbar ".
