Outlook Express And Internet Explorer 7

Ever since i installed internet explorer 7, my outlook express has been acting strange, sometimes i get emails, sometimes i dont, i use ebay a lot, so i know when i am due emails,
some times they come, most times they dont, and often they appear 4-5 days later, could this be a problem with internet explorer 7, or is there any updates etc for outlook express, thanks, Scott

in what way could ebay be interfering with my outlook express?

 

You are the first one that I have seen have this delay problem. Not saying that there aren't others, but have not seen any even when IE7 was in the BETA stage.
