Can anyone tell me how I lost all folder options in Outlook Express address book and what I can do to correct it? I know all the folder data is still in the system. I "m afraid I may lose all of it if I uninstall / reinstall. I thought I knew some about this but it's got me baffled.

With the Address Book opened, is View > Folders and Groups checked?

Do you have more then 1 Address Book, and is maybe another AB selected? If you go to Help > About Address Book it will tell you the location of the file. Use Windows Explorer to browse to this location, and check if there are more AB's there....

When I clicked view,I did't have a folder option. It just wasn't there. But I found the problem yesterday, It was Microsoft Outlook interfering with outlook express. When I uninstalled Outlook, my address book came up the way it was before.

    Thanks

Yea, both Outlook and Outlook Express on the same system can cause some weird things....
