:( Just recently when using outlook express 6 I have found that when I click on a web address in an email they will not load. They used to but... any ideas about this?

    Thanks!

    PopStopper

Yes I was however they are all deleted. Now a couple of other questions...

    1. In the files you gave me I believe it was Q316527 it instructs you to go to the hidden files and find Urlmon.dll and open it ... well I do not have that dll in my System 32 file. I guess I need to get it?

    2. When I restart my computer I always get a error that states you are missing a critical file MSSWS.dll Where does one get this file? I have looked and can't even figure what program it is suppose to be with. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Are you sure that it isn't in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM rather than C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 (use Find Files/Folders to look)? It's possible that you didn't see it because Hidden and System files are (by default) not displayed when you look in a folder.

If it's not there, send me your e-mail address and I'll mail a copy to you.

I have no idea what this file is. I can only assume that an application which runs at startup is trying to call on it. I have, however, discovered a download source for this file:-

    http://comm2.eiinc.com/download/ServicePacks/sp1 Exchange 2000/setup/i386/search/

You could try placing it in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.
