    Hi,
We are using Internet Explorer 6 & Outlook Express 6 with Windows XP Home Edition.
Lately when we shutdown and restart or if we reboot, we lose the Folders View on the left side of Outlook Express.
We have to go to View, Layout & then re-check Folder List.
For some reason this becomes unchecked when we shutdown or reboot.
Is there a way to lock this Folder List in again, so we don't keep losing it?

    Thanks

    Hi js

You may find an answer here otherwise a repair may be of IE and OE may be in order.

Are you running SP1 - both XP and IE?

    Hi PeteC,
Thanks for the reply and link.
For some reason, this problem corrected itself. We haven't had the problem in the last two days.
We are running Windows XP, IE & OE 6 but not the SP-1 for any of them.

    Hi js

Been away a few days - glad to hear that the problem righted itself - not an ideal situation, but perhaps we should be grateful for small mercies :D

Can't give you a clue as to what might have been the cause , but if it re-occurs, please post back.
