When I open Outlook I get an error message relating to NIS. (even beore I removed it, even after all SYm files were gone, and still there after the redownload), The add-in "C:\Program iles\Symantec Antivirus\vpmsece.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem can be resolved using detect and repair on the help menu. It says in the MSO 03 that cab file sku111 is missing so the above NIS file is not loaded. So it says insert the CD, etc.. The problem is when I insert it, it can not find the file. I have tried it I bet 10 times in the last 2 months, and twice today. Any suggestions besides reloading MSO? I really do not want to ***** with all the Docs, emails, excel, etc. etc.. as it was a nightmare 2.5 years ago saving and transerring the info and some did not load like it should have. So hoping that is the last resort. Thus looking for if anything else can be done to get the cab file downloaded.

Try the solution I posted in your other thread and see if the problem persists after running the Norton Removal Tool.
