Outlook E-mails not being received [if no. recipients > 1]

I have Microsoft Office 2000 Professional and I use Outlook (not Express). I can send and receive e-mails with no problem, except when I send an e-mail with more than one recepient. I just sent something as a test to about 5 family members in one e-mail and none of them got it. Using the same e-mail address, I sent them another e-mail, but this time one by one and they all received that. Any thoughts on what the problem is?

PS - I pull the address from my address book and they are seperated by a ;

I am letting Outlook put the semicolon in. I have been using outlook for a couple of years and this has been no problem, but suddenly now it doesn't work.

I should also note, that is not the only problem I am having. I synchronize my outlook with my blackberry and sudddenly that will not work either. It says I need to configure, which when I do and click on the blackberry to pull info from MS Outlook, it says "The file or database name asociated with MS Outlook is missing, invalid or poitns to a file of zero length "

I am not sure if this is part of the problem or not.
