Outlook Distribution Lists

    Is there a way to automatically have Contacts from specified Categories
    added to a specified Distribution List - so that when a Contact is added
    to that Category, it is also automatically added to the Distribution List.

    Possible work around. Start with the Distribution List and click add NEW...

    Yes, thanks - that's what I do manually now.
    I was looking for something more "automatic ".
