Outlook.com changed layout with new fonts I cannot see

I access my hotmail account using outlook.com in my Chrome browser.
I do not use Office 365.
Outlook.com just switched me over to a new layout.
The new fonts are very small and hard for me to read. the titles listing my folders. the titles of the inbox mails.. etc. etc. all of them are in small fonts and light print.
I have poor eyesight so I need to make those bold.
In addition, the very faint print showing the titles of my folders in my folder list have the very bottom of each letter slightly cut off so the full word is not showing.
I need to adjust these settings. How do I do that?

You can use the CTRL key and your scroll wheel on your mouse to make things larger or smaller.
