outlook closes on application startup

    i updated the MS office 2000 service pack
    and now outlook, frontpage, and excel, closes on application startup

    how do i fix this

    win xp, office 2002

    1.- You have any Autodesk program installed ?
    Somtimes have any conflict beteen this programs, or Ms Project...

    2.-You check if have virus ?

    no virus

    not sure what autodesk is, but i dont think i hav it

    I restored the regestry to 3 days earlier, and it works now, but if i install the service packs, this will happen again
