    Hi All,

Seasons greetings! Can you help with the following?

I recently formatted and reinstalled everything (inc outlook 2002), and had backed up my .pst files to dvd - which I then reinstalled by copying contents into the new .pst files generated by outlook on its reinstallation. Almost everything is fine, including my Contacts when accessed from contacts page of Outlook, BUT... I can't access any contact details from the 'To' or 'CC' buttons on an email (I can open an email from Contacts, but I can't access a contact from email). The following dialog is displayed... "..address list could not be displayed... contacts folder may have been moved or deleted... "

Seems like I've neglected something, but I don't know what!

    Any help much appreciated. Thanx,

    Pete

Start a new mail message. Click the TO button. In the upper right hand corner where it says show names from - what does it say and have you tried the options in the drop down?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

In the 'select names' dialog? It says 'contacts', and I've checked the alternative options (outlook or personal address books) which return similar result.
