Resolved [Outlook 2013 error message when clicking on URL in email]

Have just installed Office 2013 on my newish laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium and am having problems with Outlook 2013.
Whenever I click on a link in an email message an error message window opens saying "Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk ".
Please can anyone advise which option I need to adjust to fix this problem.
