Resolved Outlook 2010 will not open

I was enabling some items in Outlook 2010 and now it will not open. How can I access Outlook 2010 options so I can repair my error.

 

What did you enable?

And what happens exactly, eg any Error Message?

You could try restoring your system to a state before you were messing around.

No problem Gary, I'm glad you got things sorted and the thanks was appreciated but the resolution wasn't very clear.
