    Windows 7 32 bit, Outlook Professional 2007.

New windows 7 install all working fine and all of a sudden Outllok will not open when I click on it. Tried the run command with "outlook.exe/resrnavpane and it didn't do anything.

When restarting PC, it showed 21 instances of Outlook open already. Task Manager showed no applications running and there was no outlook.exe anywhere to be found in applications or processes.

    Hello !

Seems like some add-in might be damaged to cause this. Disable all the add-ins expect the ones from Microsoft.

1, On the Tools menu, click Trust Center, and then click Add-ins.
2, In the Add-ins box, identify the add-in that you want to enable or disable and note the Add-in type located in the Type column.
3, Select the Add-in type in the Manage box and then click Go.
4, Select or clear the check box for the Add-in that you want enable or disable and then click OK.

In case if you can't open Outlook but you want to disable the add-ins you could use OfficeIns it a great tool to fix such issues.

If that didn't fix the try to create a new Outlook Profile follow this article for that http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/create-a-new-e-mail-profile-HA010192328.aspx

    Hope this helps,
    Captain
