[Outlook 2007] will not open Pdf Attachment

Hi all

I've got a problem with my Microsoft Office Outlook email when I try to open a attachment from a email Pdf the attachment will not open a message comes up and it keeps on telling me the program needs to have a previewer installed but Microsoft is telling me on the 2007 programs has this already installed in the program. Well does anybody have any suggestions.

A PDF file is typically opened by using the Adobe Reader.
