I cannot get an email through to an email address in England with my primary email address with My IP or with my gmail account.
I have used a link on my intended recipeint's web page and I have typed that email address into an email that I have generated with Outlook and I get this:

Firstly, since I have never emailed anyone in a foreign country, do I need to add " .us " to the end of my email address or leave it as it normally appears?

This was the body of an attempted email that I tried to send to the recipient and explains, further, the issue that I am having:
    _______________________________
I am writing to you because I cannot properly navigate the stoneflyshoes.com.uk web site and wish to order a pair of men's boots.

I also attempted to email sales@stoneflyshoes.com.uk without success. I have received three consecutive deamon undeliverable responses when emailing them.

I have also tried emailing from two separate email accounts with identical results.

I can pick the product but cannot access the "cart" on the stonefly website.
    This is after registering.

    Please advise.

    Thank you for your response.
I have just attempted another email and am waiting for a reply or fail notice.
Do you know if I should ad .us on the end of my email or leave it without that?

No you don't add anything to the address, emails are not like telephone numbers you don't need to add anything for international email

Definitely not - your email address is unique & universal and relates to your ISP's servers.

I've been having trouble sending to "talktalk.com" - keep getting undeliverable messages to an adress I've been communicating with for at least four years (my sister). Suddenly, sfter five unsuccessful attempts, and quite a few nastygrams to Comcast and talktalk, it's all suddnely sweetness and light - no more problems (other than dear sister not looking at her e-mails for a week!)

I have my ISP looking into my issue. I did, however, receive another email from the UK, after I finally called the company and left a voice mail. They email provided a new email link for me and I now have a communication line established. I am speculating at this point that many links on their web page are out-dated or inaccurate and they must realize it. My guess is that, with the economy the way it is, they are not spending money to fix it, right now. If I get a response from my ISP that indicates otherwise, I'll post it here. Thank you.
