We Exchange 2003 which inserts a disclaimer into all outgoing SMTP messages for the users. We've tested it and it works great with XP and Outlook 03 users; however, we have a Vista user also uses Outlook 2007 that will insert the disclaimer as a .txt file instead of having it embedded. All users, including the Vista user, are using HTML format. I'd appreciate any possible ideas. Thanks.

Looks like it was our Websense/MailControl Spam filtering service that was killing the disclaimer. Submitted a ticket to Websense to see if it can get changed.
