Outlook 2007 error "Some items cannot be deleted..."

Hi guys,

Hope you can help, as I've got a director complaining a lot about this "Problem ".

Basically she's trying to delete a lot of emails, not all in one go, but one after the other. She keeps getting this error.

"Some items cannot be deleted. They were either moved or already deleted, or access was denied. "

Now I know it's not an access problem, as she can delete emails most of the time, just the odd email.

It's cleared when she closes outlook, but obviously would like it not to happen at all.

Any ideas?

As stated, it's nothing to do with OWA, and she's not trying to deleted 4 / 5k emails at a time.

Simply deleting emails one at a time...

 

I have indeed. Hasn't come back with much in way of a fix.

I can't find anyone who's having similar problems, nor replicate the issue myself.

It's quite bizarre.
