Outlook 2003 with Exchange server

    A client of ours was looking for some phone message software to integrate with Outlook. A secretary takes messages and then sends them using an exchange add-on (not email) to the person who the message is for (text based). When they open outlook, or if they have outlook open it has a pop-up with the phone message information the secretary sent him. Any one ever heard of a piece of software that does this or something similar.

    Wouldn't good ol Instant Messaging do what you're wanting to do.

    Or if Messenger Service is running:

    Right Click My Computer
    Goto Manage
    Action
    All Tasks
    Send Console Message
    Add \\computername
    Add message
    Send

    Unless you have LAN Nazi's, this should work work for you and FREE.
