I have an Outlook.pst file here that came from a crashed system which was running Outlook 2003. I assume the addresses/contacts are in there somewhere because there are none in any of the WAB files on the old hard disk. All the WABs are empty.

So, before I get into this in a few hours, are there any pointers people can give me?

Yes, the .pst file contains emails, contacts and calendar items....It's been a while, but I believe that when you import you'll get everything that's in the pst file.
